The Community Association Manager (CAM) is the primary representative of RealManage, responsible for the daily operations of a portfolio of community associations. This role ensures professional, timely, and high-quality service in alignment with RealManage's values and principles. The CAM collaborates with the Director of Community Association Management (DCAM) and Boards of Directors to support smooth community operations, resolve issues, promote harmony, and enhance community value. Building strong relationships with homeowners, board members, and vendors is crucial for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering well-managed communities.
