Requirements
- New Jersey Bar or Pennsylvania Bar admission
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing ability is required.
- Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required.

Responsibilities
- Drafting governing documents.
- Contract work.
- Attendance at board meetings.
- Coordinating board elections.
- Prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts.
- When necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
