Community Association Attorney
About The Position
Becker is seeking a Community Association Attorney to represent their community association clients. Responsibilities will cover all phases of client representation, including drafting governing documents, contract work, attending board meetings, coordinating board elections, prosecuting and collecting delinquent association accounts, and litigation, trial, and/or appellate work when necessary. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and is based in Morristown. Becker is a diverse, multi-practice, commercial law firm with international affiliates and offices across several locations. Requirements
- New Jersey bar admission
- Strong academic credentials
- Demonstrated writing ability
- Minimum of five years of experience representing community association clients
