About The Position

At Founders Pledge, our mission is to empower entrepreneurs to do immense good with their charitable giving. Since launching in 2015, our community of over 2,300 members has pledged nearly $13.6B and donated $1.9B+ to the charitable sector in 45+ countries. We provide end-to-end giving infrastructure, pioneering research, and access to a global network of experts. In other words, we help tech leaders become strategic philanthropists. Our members include founders and leaders behind companies such as Airbnb, UiPath, Dropbox, Skype, Spotify, and Uber. We focus on deploying capital where it can achieve the greatest impact, guided by evidence, careful analysis, and long-term thinking. Salary: Up to $80,000 depending on experience. Founders Pledge's community has grown nearly 40% over the past few years, and our most engaged members now number in the hundreds. As we grow, we need excellent operational support behind the relationships we build with our members. As Community Associate, you'll provide the administrative and operational backbone for our Community team, reporting to the Head of Community and working closely with our Community Managers day-to-day. Our Community Managers own their member relationships; you'll help make those relationships run smoothly by owning much of the coordination and execution around them - from event logistics and member correspondence to research, monitoring and cross-team projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting the details right, keeping multiple moving pieces organized, and finding better ways for a team to work. Alongside the day-to-day administration, you'll have opportunities to own projects and improve the processes that underpin our member experience.
