Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable interacting with residents and providing on-site support
Availability for full duration of assignment (1–2 days in July 28th-29th, 2026)

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with resident check-ins and move-in coordination during a high-traffic period
Provide on-site customer service and support to residents and prospects
Support unit readiness through basic inspections and coordination with the onsite team
Help organize leasing materials and assist with general administrative tasks
Ensure a smooth and positive resident experience through proactive communication and support
Collaborate with property team members to maintain efficient daily operations
