You will serve as a key point of contact for residents, contributing to the overall well-being and sense of community within the property.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable approaching and engaging with students
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current social media trends
• Comfortable speaking and appearing on social media
• Able to independently identify content opportunities
• Ability to verbally communicate
• Sitting, walking, standing for long periods of time
• Perform computer-based tasks
• Be able to lift to up to 15 pounds
• Ability to use hands and arms for writing, typing, lifting, holding, grabbing, and pulling.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with photo/video editing platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the community's day-to-day social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging original photo and video content – including Reels, TikToks, Stories, resident features, property highlights, event coverage, trends, and promotional content – that showcases authentic student life, supports leasing initiatives and community events, and builds brand awareness and engagement both online and on campus.
• Organize and assist with community-building activities and events, and to enhance the residential experience.
• Connect with the local student population through campus outreach, tabling, partnerships, events, and other marketing initiatives.
