About The Position

The Community Asset Manager oversees two apartment communities and manages property operations to ensure they function efficiently. This is a Monday through Friday position. The role involves a general office environment as well as exterior and interior maintenance work, including some light housekeeping. Eligible employees receive a benefits package and performance incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize according to the facility’s daily needs.
• Good people skills, including patience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
