About The Position
Manages all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning in an efficient manner. This role oversees two communities: Cameo Flats Apartments and Valley Pointe Townhomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines
- Detailed oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility
- Good people skills, including patience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes
