About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused Communications Technician to assist residents with telephone, television, and other electronic communication needs. The technician installs, maintains, and troubleshoots CCTV systems, telephone and fax equipment, sound/PA systems, and related cabling. The role also supports fire alarm communication requirements, performs low-voltage cable installation and testing, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 technical support.

Requirements

• Training and journeyman-level experience in telecommunications, CCTV, or a related low-voltage electronics field.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electronics and wiring.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• PC proficiency.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
