About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital communication tools including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit clear and engaging content for various communication channels including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the corporate website
• Plan and implement communication campaigns to support organizational goals and enhance brand awareness
• Coordinate with marketing, public relations, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
• Monitor media coverage and maintain relationships with key media contacts
• Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of communications
