Develops content and key messages, fosters employee participation, keeps communication channels updated, and ensures the correct image of the brand. Additionally, it ensures compliance with policies, and manages relationships with internal clients and external suppliers, including advertising actions.

Requirements

Professional in careers related to administration, communication, design and/or advertising.

Responsibilities

Act as a spokesperson for the customer-focused culture with a view to intensifying customer relationships and leveraging the Bank's relationships, systems, and knowledge in general.
Develop internal content and campaigns for service units.
Coordination and logistics of recognition programs and/or activities, contests, etc.
Support and work closely with the graphic designer for the development of communication pieces.
Coordinate communication channels by service unit.
Provide support for assigned projects and general availability for functions inherent to the position.
Perform related and complementary tasks, aligned with the objectives, values, norms, and ethics of the organization, by ensuring integrity and confidentiality in the handling of resources and information (electronic and physical), with the objective of contributing to maintaining an efficient, dynamic work environment where work is enjoyed, fostering the organization's values and employee commitment and satisfaction.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daily activities and decisions.
Perform effective and efficient operations in their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's values, its Code of Conduct, and Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to fulfill obligations regarding operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk.
