Responsibilities

  • Be the communication hub: Own the flow of information between our residents, field teams, and vendors—your clarity and responsiveness keep everything on track.
  • Maintain accuracy: Monitor resident inquiries, lease violations, and vendor schedules with a sharp eye for detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Keep operations moving: Coordinate meetings with municipalities and service providers, manage parking and storage logistics, and ensure updates are shared with the right people at the right time.
  • Think like a leader: Identify gaps in processes, flag issues early, and propose improvements that make our communities better and more efficient.
  • Stay organized: Track rentable opportunities, manage data on availability, and keep property information up to date so we can act fast and accurately.
  • Handle the details: From Google reviews to property improvements, every task you manage helps create an exceptional resident experience
  • Solve problems fast: Whether it’s a resident concern or a vendor mix-up, you’re quick to assess the situation and find a resolution that works.
  • Be the connector: Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and municipalities to foster trust and seamless coordination.
