About The Position
J.D. Irving, Ltd. is seeking a creative and results ‑oriented Communications Specialist to join our team and support strategic internal and external communications initiatives across the throughout the Woodlands division. Reporting to senior leadership, this role blends hands ‑on content development with close collaboration across business units to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging. While experience in manufacturing, forestry, or industrial environments is considered an asset, we welcome candidates with proven communications experience from adjacent sectors who bring strong writing and storytelling skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast ‑paced, operationally driven environment.
