The Communications Specialist manages member and employee communications through digital messaging platforms, website and intranet updates, targeted campaigns, and written content. This position is responsible for maintaining clear, accurate, and timely communication across multiple channels and assisting with communication needs during outages, events, and day-to-day operations. The role has both internal and external responsibilities, partnering with all TCEC departments for employee communications and managing member-facing communications across various digital platforms.
