The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for shaping how we connect with customers and employees through clear, compelling storytelling within an assigned geographic service area. This role will deliver meaningful, high-impact communications to share Mississippi Power’s story through exceptional writing skills and strong project management discipline. As part of the Corporate Communications team, this position will play a critical part in translating business priorities into engaging narratives that build trust, strengthen our brand and drive positive customer sentiment. The work will involve partnering across the organization to develop and execute integrated communications that highlight system improvements, operational excellence and our commitment to the communities we serve across the designated geography.
