Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Writing or Marketing or related field.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, digital media or a related field.
  • Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving trends, tools, digital platforms and guidelines.
  • Ability to connect communications activities to broader business goals and growth strategies.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate them into engaging written and visual content.
  • Background in video production, presentation design, journalism, public relations, or corporate communications with a blend of writing, digital and visual skills.
  • Skilled at working across teams, breaking down silos, and uncovering meaningful stories.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support content across formats: press releases, articles, social media posts, website content, video scripts & presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Transform complex ideas and narratives into compelling visual presentations and multimedia assets.
  • Improve our workflows by maintaining file systems, manage distribution lists and subscriptions, and support weekly/monthly reporting processes.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to uncover compelling stories and improve visibility for communications initiatives.
  • Work with the communications team to track and report results across public relations, content performance, executive visibility, and social media to help shape future strategies.
