About The Position

Clarins Group is seeking a Communications & PR Intern based in New York City. The internship begins in February 2027 and requires at least 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working in person. The intern will support the Director, Communications on projects and events and respond to requests from the broader Communications team. The role offers firsthand experience with communications at a global beauty company, with a focus on digital presence, influencers, press and social results, events, and creative projects.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Communications; applicants considering a career in Communications or PR and motivated to discover the field are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of social media and corporate life.
Skills in influencers and communications.
Available to start in February 2027, work a minimum of 35 hours per week, and work in person in New York City.

Responsibilities

Keep the product closet fulfilled and organized, and assist with sample trafficking and tracking.
Execute influencer gifting strategies by reaching out to talent, coordinating conversations with partners, and building and shipping PR mailers.
Monitor, track, and compile press and organic social results, and update monthly PR reports for Clarins’ General Managers and executives.
Support the team in event planning.
Coordinate creative projects with creative departments and organize final creative assets on the team’s drive.
Support the Director, Communications on various projects and events and help the Communications team with specific requests.
