The Communications Manager is responsible for supporting QTS’s external communications efforts to enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and community engagement. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic communications that promote QTS’s story across key audiences, including local communities, stakeholders, and media. This in-house role partners closely with marketing operations, public policy, development teams, and external agencies to create and deliver consistent, compelling messaging aligned with QTS’s corporate identity and mission. The Communications Manager will also support media engagement, proactive storytelling, and go-to-community communications related to key initiatives and data center growth.
