We’re looking for a Communications Manager who can capture our energy and share our story across all channels. This is a role for a "doer"—someone who loves to write, create, and engage. You’ll be the voice of our brand, translating the magic of our events into compelling digital and print content. You’ll manage the day-to-day flow of our communications—handling social media, email marketing, and local PR—while celebrating both the glamor and the grit that make our work so rewarding.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, social media management, or PR.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily "voice" of the brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
  • Produce high-quality written and visual content, from blog posts and press releases to real-time "behind-the-scenes" event coverage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local media, bloggers, and community partners.
  • Ensure all marketing materials—from menus to digital ads—align with our brand identity.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Culinary teams to promote seasonal menus, special packages, and community initiatives.
  • Attend key events to capture photography/videography and manage "live" social storytelling.
  • Track engagement metrics and campaign performance to see what’s resonating with our community.
