This role involves interfacing with other MedFleet leadership, evaluating resource utilization, managing communication center operations in coordination with other departments, and ensuring efficient resource delivery. The position requires proactive communication to mitigate issues with both internal and external customers, and a focus on continuous improvement of the center's performance through policy, process, and training adjustments. The manager will monitor, evaluate, and improve all Communications Center procedures and personnel capabilities, employing sound quality improvement practices. Key responsibilities include personnel management, fostering teamwork, overseeing hiring, training, and evaluation programs, and directing company resources during Mass Casualty Incidents. The role also ensures quality patient care and service needs, assists with field deployment schedules, and carries out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
