The Communication Liaison is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing agency events. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong event planning experience who can manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, guest management, sponsorship management, communication, and logistics simultaneously. In addition to event planning, the Communications Liaison is responsible for managing sponsorship donation relationships, maintaining stakeholder and contact databases, and supporting agency communication initiatives. The role assists with researching, writing, editing, and distributing communications materials, including public relations and media releases, to internal and external stakeholders.
