About The Position

This role is an onsite paid internship typically lasting 10-12 weeks, based in Brentwood, TN. The intern will support enterprise communications strategies and gain exposure to various aspects of internal communications, content development, project coordination, and research within a corporate environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal communications, including company-wide emails, intranet content, and newsletters.
• Ensure messaging aligns with company voice, tone, and brand standards.
• Support execution of enterprise communications campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining internal communication channels, including intranet platforms and digital content.
• Manage content calendars and track deliverables across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing.
• Support tracking and analysis of communication metrics.
• Assist in developing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Support research needs and develop briefs as needed.
• Support process documentation and refinement as needed.
