About The Position

The Communications Intern position is an integral part of a six-person team. The role is central within the organization and is responsible for crafting enrollment communication pieces, as well as maintaining and structuring the Communications day-to-day material. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to participate in company-wide projects that involve working with different teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute meaningfully to a growing business and gain valuable experience. Key personality traits for success include high energy and drive, the ability to work on a team and a questioning mind. The position is hybrid. During the first three months of employment, the individual will be expected to be in the office up to three days a week for training. After the initial three-month period, their schedule will be determined based on their manager’s discretion.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in a coding languages is a plus (HTML, CCS, SQL)
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist Communications team on creating, editing and reviewing client communications (such as Word documents, websites, and presentations)
  • Organizing and maintaining Communications team resources and materials
