The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking an experienced Communications Engineer to join the Command, Control, and Communication Division (C3D) within the Sensor and Electromagnetic Application Laboratory (SEAL). This role involves the research, design, development, and prototyping of advanced communications equipment and systems, with a focus on tactical communications, sensor integration, and data analytics. The engineer will architect novel and robust communications systems, including emerging software-defined radio platforms and advanced tactical networks, and will establish key performance requirements for various target radios. The position also involves developing, implementing, characterizing, and testing leading-edge waveform and communications technologies to enhance EW capabilities through secure communications.
