About The Position

The Communications Coordinator will support Anduril’s Connected Warfare division, which builds software, computing hardware, and networks connecting people, sensors, and autonomous systems across land, sea, air, and space. The division’s systems and data help military teams develop a shared battlefield picture, make faster decisions, and coordinate operations. As part of Anduril’s division communications vertical, the role supports communications for a specific suite of products, related contracts, and the teams building them. The ideal candidate is deadline-driven, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of communications experience in defense and national security, technology, policy, public relations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong interest in current events.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Help drive strategic and tactical communications programs that proactively advance Anduril’s goals.
• Support external communications campaigns, including contract announcements, product launches, military exercise recaps, social media content, and executive thought leadership.
• Support earned media strategies and pitch reporters to secure coverage in targeted media outlets used by policymakers and influencers.
• Track, evaluate, and take action on incoming speaking requests.
• Work cross-functionally with partners in marketing, design, government relations, and business lines across the division.
• Support internal communications campaigns and events to help the division operate effectively and keep employees informed and inspired.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for non-technical audiences.
