About The Position

As a Communications Consultant (B2B), you will support our sales team and partners in the key sector of group insurance – private sector. With expertise in writing, you master the issues, needs, and business vision to produce strategic, adapted content. You will contribute to the achievement of our mission and objectives through stimulating mandates, while playing a key role in national projects. You will realize yourself in the following functions: Act as a communication expert for managers and our sales force. Provide advisory services on communication issues inherent in business projects to propose the best solution for our partners and clients. Develop and implement effective communication plans in line with the target audience and various business objectives. Identify and propose communication opportunities related to our business objectives. Write and design various appreciation surveys, analyze them, and establish findings. Manage all projects under your responsibility, including coordination and supervision of stakeholders, if applicable. Collaborate closely with the marketing and digital business team in planning and executing various mandates. Develop visual and written content for client presentations to highlight Beneva's offering. Conduct analysis mandates to thoroughly understand the needs related to the Vice-Presidency – Sales and Partner Experience. Measure the results, effectiveness, and performance of communication activities and projects. Monitor trends and practices related to your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, writing, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in communication
  • Minimum of two (2) years in group insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior writing abilities
  • Mastery of the French language, both oral and written
  • Advanced mastery of the English language, both oral and written, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously while respecting deadlines
