About The Position

The Communications Business Partner, Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategic communications plans that support the objectives and business goals of the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies business areas. In addition to the business support, this role will also drive Digital Communications for the company. The Communications Business Partner will develop and manage integrated communications initiatives across multiple channels, including internal communications, digital communications, events, online platforms, customer-facing materials, and other marketing communications channels. The role requires project management, executive partnership, digital communications expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies and plans that support the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies business objectives.
  • Partner with Business Lines and Sales teams to advise on communication strategies, messaging, implementation plans, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide internal and external communications materials to promote and support the objectives, initiatives, and business goals of the organization.
  • Implement marketing and communication functions across multiple channels, including events, online platforms, internal communications, customer communications, digital channels, and other business communications touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage communications materials such as newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, brochures, web content, digital content, event communications, and other branded materials.
  • Support trade shows, congresses, customer events, sales promotion events, internal department events, sponsorships, and industry association activities as required.
  • Ensure communications and marketing activities follow applicable brand, compliance, and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Canadian, North American, and global counterparts to align communications approaches, leverage best practices, and support consistent messaging where appropriate.
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing communications-related performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Monitor communication outcomes and provide recommendations and analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Support digital communications planning and execution across business channels, including web, email, social media, internal platforms, online campaigns, and digital content distribution.
  • Create, coordinate, and manage digital content for channels such as LinkedIn, Viva Engage, websites, email communications, newsletters, and other approved digital platforms.
  • Support executive and business leader digital communications activities, including content planning, message development, and channel coordination.
  • Monitor digital communications performance metrics, including web engagement, email performance, campaign activity, social media engagement, and event-related digital outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations and analysis based on digital communications metrics to improve future content, campaigns, and engagement.
