About The Position

GEM is seeking a motivated Communications Associate to support day-to-day communication activities, deliver campaign messages, and contribute to positive relationships with customers, community members, and colleagues. The role supports promotional campaigns, event marketing, and community engagement, with an emphasis on clear communication, professional representation, and consistent messaging.

The position includes in-person communication at events, promotional locations, and community engagements, along with assisting in the preparation of communication materials and coordinating updates with colleagues. It is suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, developing professional skills, and working collaboratively. Previous relevant experience is beneficial but not required; transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing communication materials, presentations, talking points, and campaign information.
