Founded in 2010, Hispanic Access Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting Latinos with partners and opportunities to improve their lives and create an equitable society. Through our Theory of Change, we build pathways to leadership, influence systems and policy, and shift narratives so Latino communities are not only engaged—but positioned to lead in spaces where they have been historically underrepresented. Our work is rooted in trust, dedication, excellence, service to comunidad, and versatility. While Washington, D.C. serves as our headquarters, Hispanic Access operates as a fully remote organization with staff working across the country. Hispanic Access Foundation’s Theory of Change recognizes that shifting narratives and elevating Latino voices are essential to strengthening community leadership and influencing systemic change. Communications plays a critical role in advancing this work by increasing visibility, amplifying community voices, and connecting Hispanic Access’ programs and impact to broader audiences. The Communications Associate, Media, Content & Campaigns helps bring this vision to life through media relations, storytelling, content development, and communications campaigns. The Associate proactively identifies compelling stories and media opportunities, develops high-quality content, and works across Hispanic Access’ programs and departments to elevate community leadership and organizational impact. The Associate reports to the Director of Communications and collaborates closely with the Communications Associate, Digital Engagement & Operations and program teams across the organization to execute coordinated, effective communications.
