About The Position

Resilient Enterprises is a growing community outreach and event marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to raise awareness, increase public support, and drive meaningful impact through community engagement campaigns and live events. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in communications, public relations, nonprofit outreach, event marketing, and leadership development. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
Interest in communications, marketing, public relations, or nonprofit outreach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Nice To Haves

Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with community outreach campaigns and nonprofit awareness initiatives
Communicate directly with community members at events and promotional campaigns
Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations in a professional manner
Help promote nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising efforts
Support event coordination, campaign setup, and public engagement activities
Build strong relationships through face-to-face communication and customer interaction
Learn communication, public relations, leadership, and marketing strategies
Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development programs
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach and campaign goals
