About The Position

The Communications Analyst position supports the development and execution of strategic, executive and confidential communications that are critical to onsemi’s business operations. This role partners closely with Communications leadership and cross functional stakeholders to deliver high impact messaging related to executive priorities, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise initiatives, employee news and organization wide programs. The position requires strong judgment, discretion and the ability to translate complex or sensitive information into clear, aligned communications for internal audiences. The Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting company wide internal communications and ensuring messaging is consistent, accurate and aligned with onsemi’s brand and strategic objectives. This role is part of the Global Brand and Communications team within Corporate Marketing and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
