About The Position

The Analyst Relations & Strategic Communications Programs Manager will be responsible for driving key communications programs across Schneider Electric's Digital Energy business. This role will lead analyst relations activities while managing the successful execution of strategic communications initiatives including EcoStruxure Foresight, Impact Buildings, and future Digital Energy growth programs. Working across communications, marketing, product, and business leadership teams, the successful candidate will ensure strategic programs are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain aligned, and Digital Energy maintains a strong presence across industry analyst, customer, partner, and influencer communities. Success in this role will depend on building strong relationships across a highly matrixed organisation and connecting work across multiple functions, including executive communications, the broader analyst relations community, marketing, product marketing, and line-of-business teams. The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner who can align stakeholders, influence, and ensure communications programs are integrated into broader business priorities rather than operating in isolation.
