About The Position

The Channels and Metrics Advisor will identify needs, improves processes, manages vendors, and ensures governance/training around Corporate Communication channels. Uses employee attributes and analytics to optimize targeting/measure effectiveness. Experienced in CMS and digital tools. Essential Functions Lead projects from conception to deployment Coaches and empowers others in less senior positions Advises stakeholders on latest technology and innovation Demonstrates a deep knowledge of company attributes and direction Manages Vendor Relations and budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
  • Five (5) years directly related experience.
  • More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies.
  • Ability to study complex data and broad business strategy and convert into practical, creative and effective communication strategies.
  • Highly proficient analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills.
