About The Position

The Metrics and Training Lead Description will be responsible for managing and analyzing metrics and indicators to support program decision-making and improvement. The Metrics and Training Lead Description will also coordinate and track program training. Ensure all required training is completed on time and aid in developing and refining training. The successful candidate will have experience in metrics development, data analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • Experience in metrics development, data analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel)
  • Knowledge of program management principles and practices
  • Coordinate training on program tools and methodologies: develop curriculum, schedule workshops/webinars, and produce job‑aid materials.
  • Track training effectiveness by maintaining attendance logs and post‑training surveys; report completion rates and skill gaps to management.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics
  • Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a related field (e.g. engineering, software development)
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with metrics and indicators in a program management context
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain metrics and indicators to support program goals and objectives
  • Collect and analyze data to support metrics and indicators
  • Produce regular reports and analyses to support program decision-making, based on LM RMS Command Media and the Customer approved metrics plan
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage and maintain the metrics reporting tools
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure metrics and indicators are aligned with program goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain documentation of metrics and indicators, including definitions, calculations, and reporting frequencies
