I2X Technologies is seeking a Metrics Lead to support ongoing activities for a customer in Huntsville, AL This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science) with 5 years of professional experience
Experience in metrics development, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel)
Knowledge of program management principles and practices
Familiarity with Agile metrics
Secret Clearance
US Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a related field (e.g. engineering, software development)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Experience with metrics and indicators in a program management context
Certification in a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain metrics and indicators to support program goals and objectives
Collect and analyze data to support metrics and indicators
Produce regular reports and analyses to support program decision-making, based on Program and the Customer approved metrics plan
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
Manage and maintain the metrics reporting tools
Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure metrics and indicators are aligned with program goals and objectives
Develop and maintain documentation of metrics and indicators, including definitions, calculations, and reporting frequencies
Coordinate training on program tools and methodologies: develop curriculum, schedule workshops/webinars, and produce job‑aid materials.
Track training effectiveness by maintaining attendance logs and post‑training surveys; report completion rates and skill gaps to management.
