About The Position

Reliant is seeking a Communications Administrator to join our Central Operations Team. This role carries Reliant's external and internal communications, helping Reliant build new relationships and equip our teams to better serve the ones we have. The Communications Administrator serves as the primary executor for Reliant's content calendar, working within Reliant's established communications strategy. This role refines it, fills it with the actual content, and gets it out the door on time. Key responsibilities also include running the organization's social media presence and email campaigns, coordinating outsourced design and video projects, helping steward brand voice, and working collaboratively across Program and Process Teams. This role will also take increasing ownership of Reliant's major communications projects and annual rhythms. The ideal candidate is a Christian with formal training, or equivalent experience, in communications: copy editing, writing for specific audiences with an established voice, content calendars, social, email, and keeping projects on schedule with collaborators who do not report to them. Mature interpersonal skills and strong self-management are expected, along with the judgment to take a clear direction and build something good from it. Reliant Central is 55+ people supporting over 1200 support-based missionaries worldwide. We prioritize people and relationships to serve our partners, donors, and field staff in the most effective ways possible. Reliant is growing because more churches and ministries need a partner. This role helps us keep growing, and it will grow alongside us.
