The Communications Account Manager role will be dedicated to a national plan sponsor supporting the promotion of the Employee Assistance Program and related well-being initiatives. This dedicated role shall serve as a consistent point of contact responsible for communications planning, training coordination, program promotion, and engagement activities supporting Customer's workforce around the Employee Assistance Program. The dedicated representative shall provide support on a flexible basis, with services prioritized based on Customer's business needs and mutually agreed initiatives. The purpose of this role is to enhance program awareness, engagement, training support, and communication effectiveness for Customer's eligible participants. Our people fuel our future. Requirements

  • Clinical license current and maintained (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
  • 5+ years clinical experience
  • 3+ years presentation experience (virtual)
  • 3-5 years writing and clinical content development
  • WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills
  • Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
  • Supporting development and customization of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement resources tailored to Customer's branding, style, and communication preferences
  • Assisting with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration management, webinar support, and training-related communications
  • Coordinating development and revision of training materials and communication content
  • Providing consultation regarding program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies
  • Collaborating with Customer's benefits, communications, and other designated teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
  • Serving as a centralized point of contact for training and communication-related requests and project coordination
