About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role is for a Communication Specialist 1, located in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years’ experience in leading communications and organizational change management strategy development and implementation.
• At least 3 years’ experience in communication development for business / digital transformation or large-scale technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully driving adoption of innovative technologies and delivery methodologies in organizations, in government or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Preferred master’s degree in business administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and business process optimization.
• Preferred certification in Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).

Responsibilities
