About The Position

The Communication Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of customers through the utilization of a variety of telecommunication systems. Documentation and adherence to policies, procedures and standards of the organization is an important part of this position. The Communication Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality service to all customers. The Communication Specialist is also responsible for supporting the business goals and objectives of the department, the division, and the organization as a whole.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Clerical experience
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology
