About The Position

Replit is seeking an Enterprise PR Lead to communicate its story to key audiences including CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, business leaders, developers, analysts, partners, customers, and the press. This role will be responsible for communications related to Replit’s enterprise marketplace, customer momentum, and business adoption. The goal is to position Replit as the AI platform that empowers every team within an organization to build, ship, and solve problems securely, bypassing lengthy traditional software development cycles. The position involves a wide range of enterprise communications activities such as product launches, partnership announcements, customer success stories, competitive analysis, analyst relations, executive visibility, conference participation, speeches, thought leadership, vertical-specific storytelling, and evidence of enterprise adoption. The role requires close collaboration with Replit’s sales, partnership, marketing, and leadership teams to craft narratives that appeal to both technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and be adept at navigating media, analyst, influencer, customer, partner, and internal communications. They must be able to articulate Replit's significance in an AI-driven software development world and adapt quickly to the dynamic market. Excellent writing skills and sound judgment are crucial for translating complex concepts like AI agents, software creation, security, governance, procurement, developer productivity, business transformation, and competitive advantages into clear, credible, and compelling messages. This role is for an individual who can elevate Replit's presence in enterprise discussions and ensure the market recognizes the scale of Replit's development.
