Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Basic photography and social media knowledge preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe a plus
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Valid driver's permit required
Flexible schedule required, including occasional evenings and weekends
Must be able to pass background check.
Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

Assist with employee, community, and cooperative events (setup, support, breakdown)
Support logistics for board meetings and internal meetings
Work community events as a cooperative representative
Capture photos/videos for newsletters, social media, and communications
Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency
Assist with drafting and formatting communications materials
Perform basic administrative tasks, including mail distribution and errands
Participate in field visits and support special projects
