About The Position

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is looking for their next Communication & Integration Liaison. The C and I Liaison serves as the primary interface among the contractor team, government stakeholders, and external service or product providers for the NISSC 3 Program. Responsibilities • This role coordinates communication manages access to technical baselines and program data, and plans and executes integration activities to ensure alignment with program objectives and performance outcomes.The position works in close coordination with the Emergency Depot Level Maintenance and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance manager to support EDLM and UDLM related integration and communication requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team, government stakeholders, and external service or product providers for communication and integration matters.• Manage and coordinate access to technical baseline artifacts, program data, and mission system resources in accordance with security, configuration management, and data sharing policies.• Organize and coordinate site visits, technical interchange meetings, working groups, and training events, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged and prepared.• Facilitate the development, review, and maintenance of associate contractor agreements, non disclosure agreements, and communication and integration checklists.• Ensure collaboration activities comply with integration plans and support required performance outcomes.• Track and report status of integration related activities, issues, and action items to program leadership and stakeholders.• Coordinate with the EDLM and UDLM manager to support Emergency and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance integration requirements, including communication with depot and operational stakeholders.• Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, decisions, and action items associated with communication and integration efforts.• Support risk identification and mitigation related to cross contractor, cross organization, and cross system integration.• Promote effective, timely, and compliant communication across all participating organizations and stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of related work experience -or- Master's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractor and government communication protocols and documentation practices.
  • Experience managing or coordinating access to technical baseline artifacts, configuration-controlled documentation, and mission or program data.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute technical interchange meetings, site visits, training events, and similar collaborative activities.
  • Experience supporting or enforcing integration plans, interface agreements, and collaboration checklists.
  • Effectiveness in supporting or negotiating associate contractor agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and in managing sensitive or controlled data.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to integrate activities across diverse organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of decisions, agreements, and action items.
  • BA or BS degree in a related field
  • OR High School Diploma plus 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum Clearance to Start: Secret
  • Additional Requirement: Eligibility to obtain TS SCI
