As a Communication Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing engaging outreach strategies that strengthen relationships with donors, blood drive coordinators, and community partners. Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize donor and blood drive coordinator communication campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and lead projects that improve communication effectiveness, donor engagement, contact preferences, and data accuracy.
  • Partner with Marketing to reach new audiences and strengthen engagement with existing supporters through targeted communications.
  • Monitor and support email, phone, and direct mail outreach efforts to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain and enhance donor loyalty and recognition programs, helping foster long-term relationships and engagement.
  • Review, analyze, and maintain donor and stakeholder data to ensure information remains accurate and actionable.
  • Support the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Relations team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by training staff, volunteers, and other departments on communication systems and donor engagement tools.
  • Assist with data management, system maintenance, and communication-related projects that drive operational excellence.
