About The Position

Consult with our Workplace Solution's plan sponsors to create and implement effective communications strategies for plan participants to drive their financial success. You will leverage key insights and engagement best strategies to develop impactful strategies that drive targeted initiatives, deepen participant relationships and deliver positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of related work experience, including strong experience engaging with external clients and/or senior, influential stakeholders, with demonstrated executive presence (B2B preferred).
  • Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to provide solutions that meet client and participant needs, leveraging our best-in-class approach.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience/familiarity with the 401(k) recordkeeping business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Vanguard’s participant experience to a book of business, ensuring they fully understand and appreciate our services and offerings.
  • Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to provide solutions that meet client and participant needs, leveraging our best-in-class approach.
  • Consult with plan sponsor clients using key plan metrics, participant insights, and our proven participant communications approaches to drive positive participant outcomes.
  • Leverage plan sponsor/ participant engagement data and insights to create and deliver participant engagement strategies.
  • Identify trends for future application.
  • Understand Vanguard products and services, both within the retirement plan and beyond, in order to offer our holistic solutions for plan participants.
  • Leverage Vanguard’s proven communication best practices to engage participants.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
