About The Position

We are seeking a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead to join our team supporting an ITES task order. This role involves providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team, managing cloud environments, serving as a liaison, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical or scientific discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cloud-focused project teams in complex IT environments.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale cloud or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
  • Secret – IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
  • U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience managing application development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team including Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.
  • Manage the implementation, administration, and support of customer projects within AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Services Management Division and C2E customers on operational matters.
  • Review and approve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), addendums, and cost estimates for cloud-based customer projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and maintaining professional communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Offer technical and professional guidance aligned with the team’s respective roles and areas of expertise.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of multiple large-scale projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
