About The Position

The Common Area Attendant works at Christmas Mountain Village, a Hilton Vacation Club resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The role is responsible for keeping public and other non-room areas clean, sanitary, organized, and welcoming in accordance with HGV quality and efficiency standards. The attendant also manages pool towels, provides professional guest service, and supports Resort Operations with additional duties as needed. The schedule is 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., five days a week, with weekends and holidays required.

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift walking or standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including stairwells, railings, walkways, elevators, hallways, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Keep the lobby and glass surfaces spotless.
• Collect, restock, and supervise the inventory of pool towels, and promptly remove used towels.
• Maintain shower houses and locker rooms.
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of non-room areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Hilton Grand Vacations property and deliver excellent service with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support Resort Operations, including special requests and unexpected tasks.
