Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
  • Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America.
  • Must be available for a 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage risk.
  • Strategic thinker with effective execution in dynamic markets.
  • Proficient with trading-related technology.
  • Basic knowledge of grain markets and agriculture.
  • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze local, national, and global markets, and assess their impact on pricing.
  • Develop and present a project to enhance ADM’s market position or customer engagement.
  • Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced market.
  • Execute the best logistics strategies based on local freight dynamics.
  • Deliver outstanding service to differentiate ADM.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to support strategic goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely contract execution with administrative staff.
