About The Position

Two Rivers Housing is seeking a Committee Member to join its Asset, Investment and Development Committee. The member will provide oversight, scrutiny and constructive challenge to support effective decision-making and delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives. Working with fellow committee members, board members and executive colleagues, the role helps ensure investment, development and asset management activities are delivered efficiently, effectively and in the best interests of customers and communities. The organisation particularly welcomes expertise in asset management and responsive repairs, development and regeneration, sustainability and net zero, or building safety and compliance. Social housing experience is welcome but not essential; transferable expertise from public, private or voluntary sectors is also welcomed.
