About The Position
Audits commission payments and reconciles carrier revenue against internal systems to ensure accuracy of financial and enrollment records.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in reconciliation, accounting support, or data auditing
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working across systems and following up with internal stakeholders to close discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile carrier revenue records against internal systems (GAIN) to identify discrepancies between reported and expected payments.
- Investigate and correct data integrity issues affecting payment accuracy — including member identifiers, effective dates, and duplicate or incomplete records.
- Partner with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment/payment mismatches flagged during reconciliation.
- Document reconciliation findings and track unresolved exceptions to closure.
- Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.
