About The Position

UF Resources is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to process accurate and timely payroll for commission employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with commission payroll or 1099 payroll, a strong attention to detail, and NetSuite proficiency, which is highly preferred. This role is crucial for ensuring payroll accuracy within a stable, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years payroll processing and record-keeping experience
• Experience with commission-based payroll structures
• Knowledge of payroll laws, tax withholding, and reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• NetSuite experience

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately for all commission employees
• Maintain payroll records: tax forms, paycheck stubs, employee files
• Respond professionally to employee payroll inquiries
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with payroll audits and special projects
• Support administrative tasks: reporting, filing, meeting coordination
